SBR Laminates
The workhorse grade and the widest price band. Bonded to polyester knit, T-cloth, OK cloth or Lycra for support panels, padding and sleeves.
Laminated neoprene fabric
Established in 2020 in Jiangsu Province, we supply laminated neoprene in SBR, SCR, CR and EVA — high-performance foam materials bonded onto knit backings and delivered by the roll, the metre or cut to length.
Whether you need custom fabric lamination, perforated breathable sheets or textured embossed neoprene, production is tailored at the partner plant we manage to match your exact specification. Strict quality control at three stages keeps the material consistent, with dependable lead times and support from sample through to final delivery.
01 — What we supply
We supply fabric, not finished goods. Thirty-six laminate specifications are in regular production at the plant; the seven groups below are how they break down — the core, the backing, the bonding route and the finish. Anything outside that range is quoted per order.
The workhorse grade and the widest price band. Bonded to polyester knit, T-cloth, OK cloth or Lycra for support panels, padding and sleeves.
Oil, ozone and weather resistant, with a wider working temperature range than SBR. Smooth-skin faces and high-stretch bonds for medical and protective work.
The stretch grade. Recovers instead of sagging, and can be punched or perforated for breathable builds bonded to OK cloth.
Closed-cell EVA for lightweight cushioning and volume builds, bonded and finished on the same lines as the neoprene cores.
T-cloth, N-cloth, Lycra, OK cloth, polyester knit and visa cloth. The backing decides the hand-feel, the stretch and the direction it stretches in.
PUR odour-free bonding, oil-based and water-based compound. We work to one test: the knit should tear before the bond lets go.
Automatic splitting to your exact gauge, plus punching, embossing and brushing. Supplied as roll, cut length or slit tape.
02 — How it is made
Splitting, bonding, surface finishing and inspection in the same plant is the difference between a four-week and a four-day change of gauge. It also means one team owns your quality problem when something goes wrong.
Automatic high-precision splitting brings the core to your exact gauge rather than the nearest stock size, and evens out thickness across the roll.
Fabric-to-core bonding on PUR odour-free, oil-based or water-based lines. The route is chosen by the backing and the end use, not by which line is free.
Punching and perforating for breathability, embossing for raised or grained patterns, brushing for a suede hand. Smooth-skin faces are finished here too.
Thickness and bond checked before packing, then wound, slit or cut to length the way your cutting room wants to receive it.
03 — Why buyers switch
Our acceptance test is deliberately blunt: pull the laminate apart and the knit should tear before the bond releases. A clean separation means the bond is wrong, whatever the datasheet claims.
Bonding runs odour-free without the solvent smell that usually hangs around neoprene laminate. It matters for anything worn on the body, stored in a bag, or shipped in a sealed carton.
Splitting happens at the partner plant, so thickness follows the number on your specification rather than whatever the core supplier happens to run. No redesign because a stock size was 0.5 mm out.
Every order is handled by one person from enquiry to shipment. No handover between a sales desk and a production desk, and no re-explaining your specification halfway through.
Thickness and bond checks are recorded before goods leave, and the report goes to you with the shipping documents — so a dispute is settled against data rather than opinions.
04 — How an order runs
Six steps. You are only asked to make a decision at steps two and three — everything else is ours to carry.
Send the application, thickness, backing and target quantity.
We confirm core, backing and bonding route, then quote sample and bulk.
You approve the sample. It becomes the production reference.
Bonding, splitting and finishing, with checks at each stage.
Thickness and bond report issued before goods are packed.
Roll, cut length or slit tape — ex-works, FOB or your nominated forwarder.
05 — Compliance
Material safety data, test reports and declarations are prepared against the regulation of the destination market — not a generic template. Tell us where the goods are going and we supply the documents that market asks for.
Note: We list only schemes we can produce evidence for. Certificates held by the partner plant are summarised on the Manufacturing & Quality page.

A sample, a swatch or a description of what the fabric has to survive — all of them work. Tell us the thickness and the quantity, and we will tell you what it takes.
